Installation info
You wouldn't BELIEVE how many people call and say the holes are in the wrong location. The holes are not symetrical. Mopar did this for a reason so the seal is installed correctly.
See the attached picture of the hood seal on the white 69 Roadrunner hood.
The ribbed side goes towards the hood. Smooth side is facing down (visible).
The distance between holes 2 & 3 from the LH side (in the picture) is 6". The distance between holes 2 & 3 from the RH side (in the picture) is 4-3/4". You can even see the difference in the picture.
