These have been discontinued from the factory for years. I was able to purchase an NOS piece from Germany to use as a reference.

Materials
Heavy, .125" masticated rubber
(8) OE correct plastic push nuts (commonly called "christmas trees")
Looks like some years used plastic rivets. those are NOT included. The pushpins included were used by Jeep on these splash shields from the factory.
Harbor Freight sells a rivet gun with plastic rivets if you want to use them.
