Note: 70-71 E and B Bodies are different. Have those also.

NOTE: This is for non factory applications like when converting a 70 or 71 car to fuel injection where the factory bulkhead plate with grommets is not needed. Or this blank plate can be modified for other non factory pass thru items like wires or battery cables.
