These are printed on and die cut .005" firm black plastic with .003" 3M hi-strength adhesive backing that can be installed directly to the steering column. Others a stickers / decals on the market need to be placed on the original aluminum piece. 

Had someone complain it wasn't on 1" THICK TOOL STEEL backing. FYI, the other decals available are like trying to handle a piece of Saran Wrap that has to be APPLIED to the old aluminum backing. I bought one of those pieces of garbage for my own car. Thats why I made these. Ours can be applied directly to the steering column tube. If you are looking for NOS, move along.
