DMT steering column bearing AND isolator / insulator. OE style sealed steering column bearing AND rubber piece that wraps around the bearing to isolate any harshness from being transmitted to the steering wheel. Isolator has a staple in it just like the factory to provide grounding for the horn circuit. NOT FOR TILT COLUMNS OR TRUCKS
