Ford 80-86 Pickup Truck F150 F250 Bronco AC Heater Box Rebuild Seal Kit

DMT AC heater box rebuild foam seals for all 1980-86 F series pickup or Bronco. Reverse engineered in CAD and laser cut.

Note: This is NOT for the "High Output" heater box. Do not ask me what a "High Output" box is. I don't know. I just know it wont fit.

This also DOES NOT fit the later 87-96 boxes. Have had a few people buy and try already.

AC Heater Box Air Intake to Firewall Seal (Engine Side) - .375" foam rubber - Ford part# E5TZ-19B762
Heater Core Tubes to Firewall Seal (Interior Side) - .625" foam rubber
Dash Ducts to Main Interior Plenum Seal (Interior Side) - 1" charcoal foam
Main Interior Plenum to Firewall Seal (Interior Side) - 1" charcoal foam
AC Heater Box Air Exhaust to Firewall Seal (Engine Compartment Side) - .25" charcoal foam
