12pc Premium Top Cat brand beltline weatherstrip set (aka Cat Whiskers, Window Fuzzies, Window Sweeps) for all 1971 Chargers (including SE but NOT RT) and 72 Dodge Charger (NOT RALLYE or SE) with roll up rear quarter windows. There are 12pc's in this set to cover various models.

These are the flocked covered strips that snap/screw/staple to the inner and outer door shell and guide/wipe the door window. 

IMPORTANT NOTE - BCH7172CW01-200802 and BCH7172CW01-200806 ARE THE SAME KIT. THE MANUFACTURE ADDED ALL PARTS TO BOTH KITS, 12PCS, BECAUSE THERE WERE MINOR DIFFERENCES IN PARTS FOR THIS MODEL IN 71 & 72.
