Pair of flocked robber plugs at the outer end of the beltline weatherstrips (cat whiskers) that prevent the chrome strip on the rear edge of the door window from getting scratched.

Note: Many people think their outer door cat whiskers (beltline weatherstrips) are 2 inches short. They aren't. This rubber plug goes at the end of the cat whisker and protects the chrome edge on the rear of the door glass.
